Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Systems Specialist to join our team in industrial maintenance. This role involves providing technical support for automated equipment, performing daily preventative and corrective maintenance, and planning and coordinating maintenance service activities with customers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation and robotics technologies, with experience in resolving technical issues in a customer service environment. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills related to mechanical, electrical, and software issues, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for automated equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform daily preventative and corrective maintenance on automation systems.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance service activities with customers.
  • Prepare inspection reports and troubleshooting analysis of equipment and systems.
  • Manage spare parts inventory for automated equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, engineering, or automation environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automation and robotics technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
