Job Title: Senior Transaction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our Transaction Management team, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex disposition transactions, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute complex disposition transactions, including overseeing regular reporting, running broker opinions of value, and managing brokers and other key transaction team members.
  • Foster client relationships and drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Oversee regular reporting, including preparing market information for surplus properties, and managing go-to-market plans for each property, bundle, or project.
  • Deliver measurable value by negotiating favorable economic terms for clients, providing insights and thought leadership on best practices for deal structuring, and supporting clients in developing and implementing pipeline plans of transactions annually to meet goals/targets.
  • Actively monitor and report on progress of assigned transactions, as well as those of direct reports, and collect client requirements, obtain market data, review market reports, retain real estate broker partners, and oversee identifying new pipeline properties, and prioritizing dispositions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's, MBA, or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience with at least 4-8 years as a Transaction Manager, CRE experience.
  • Seasoned transaction management experience with proven skills in contract review and lease/purchase and sale negotiations.
  • Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives.
  • Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts.
  • Strong, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiating, analytical, communication, collaboration, organization/planning, and process skills.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analytics.
  • Outstanding client service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team.
