Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

Davita Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Manager in San Francisco, CA to oversee and manage deal execution processes, coordinate cross-functional teams to execute transactions efficiently, and review and approve transaction-related documents, including pitching materials, offering memoranda, and due diligence reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead financial modeling and business due diligence efforts and client meetings.
  2. Develop and implement financial models to evaluate and forecast client's operational and financial performance.
  3. Perform industry and macroeconomic research to track market trends and identify business targets and opportunities.
  4. Provide strategic business analysis on corporate finance transactions solutions including qualitative analysis.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business Administration or related field or equivalent.
  2. Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience working within a financial services institution advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising transactions.
  3. Experience with bond and term loan issuance and refinancing, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), follow-on offerings, and private placements.

Salary Range: $275,000- $285,000/year. This position is eligible for Davita Inc.'s Employee Referral Incentive Program.
