About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic leader to head our national transaction and solvency opinions practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and developing relationships with attorneys, private equity firms, and real estate ownership structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a newly formed national transaction and solvency opinions practice serving a broad spectrum of industries, including commercial real estate.
  • Proactively develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including attorneys, private equity firms, and real estate ownership structures.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of experienced transaction opinion professionals.
  • Work closely with our professionals to build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Cross-sell our services, including valuations, brokerage, property management, and capital markets.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of successful fairness opinion, solvency opinion, and board advisory experience.
  • Established professional network and proven ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, deal structures, and financing alternatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to originate revenue, cross-sell services, and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Experience in successfully recruiting and managing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, and initiative.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
