Customer Success Manager

At 3SI + Wren, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in our partnership with a large account, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction, retention, and value through effective use of our security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client accounts, ensuring successful delivery of our solutions according to client requirements.
- Oversee and manage client-owned inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels and timely availability of products.
- Forecast future sales and identify potential new sales opportunities within the account.
- Develop and maintain a deep relationship with the client, understanding their business needs and security objectives.
- Collect and analyze feedback from the client on product performance and relay this information to our Product and Engineering teams.
- Provide detailed reports on account status, inventory levels, and future opportunities to the Senior Manager of Customer Success.
- Address and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction and continued use of our products.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, project management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, with significant project management responsibilities.
- Specific experience and background knowledge in cameras and physical security systems.
- Proven capability to manage key customer relationships, preferably with experience handling large accounts.
- Strong analytical skills to manage inventory, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
