Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Palisade Pest Control. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, addressing their needs with care and efficiency, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage customer accounts with precision, ensuring accurate payments and scheduling of services.
  • Liaise with our technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop strategies to minimize customer issues, particularly those related to service and billing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proven success in delivering top-tier customer service and resolving customer issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Mac, Google, Outlook, Email, Office Suite, and experience with accounts receivable, billing systems, and CRM software.
