**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our front desk, provide excellent customer service, and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and communicating with vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Filing and sorting documents
  • Maintaining office inventory and supplies
  • Assisting other departments with data entry and filing tasks

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Estimated Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience in a front office environment
  • Construction background preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
