Job Title: Program Assistant Coordinator

Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Program Assistant Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with staff and beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties, such as typing, mailing correspondence, and answering phone calls
  • Process new beneficiary applications, including checking BTS and Megan's Law databases
  • Maintain beneficiary files, including regular updates to the computer database (BITS)
  • Prepare and maintain lists for scheduled activities and personnel
  • Assemble and prepare documents for weekly case conferences
  • Attend meetings and take minutes


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. A high school graduate or equivalent is required, and experience with Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
