Our client, a leading international manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their growing team at Progressive Staffing LLC. This newly created position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee product deliveries from initial order placement through delivery completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Generate lead times and create delivery schedules based on information obtained from the online order tracking tool, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize logistics.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to ensure accurate delivery dates are provided for each order, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor delivery status to ensure products arrive on time, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, fielding questions on order status, incomplete or incorrect orders, and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Supply Chain team members to ensure orders are being fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Identify areas for improvement and offer educated solutions to enhance the order tracking/fulfillment processes, reducing lead times and increasing efficiency.
  • Work effectively independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and a strong work ethic.
  • Complete special projects in a timely manner, consistently delivering high-quality results.
  • Other duties as assigned or necessary to support the team's objectives.

Job Details:

  • This is a full-time direct hire position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $24.00-$27.00, depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 35 years of order fulfillment experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in ERP systems, are required, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organization skills, time management skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Relocation is not available, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
