Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Lead to join our team at Yamas Group. As a Mechanical Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanical engineers in the design and development of automated processing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Team: Manage and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Design and Development: Oversee the design and development of automated processing equipment, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and standards.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that the equipment meets the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in automated processing equipment design.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers.
  • Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ASME calculations and industry standards.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
