We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our Medicare Enrollment and Sales Consultant team. Our Consultants will guide members and potential members in selecting a Medicare product tailored to their requirements. Joining our team offers numerous benefits, including comprehensive training, licensing support, and a unique opportunity to work with a leading health insurance provider.
Responsibilities
Key Details
+ Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 9:00pm Arizona Time. Your schedule will be provided during training.
+ Work will alternate between remote and in-office settings.
+ All training and job-related licensing expenses will be covered.
Primary Responsibilities of a Medicare Enrollment + Sales Consultant
+ Respond to incoming inquiries from potential members, understanding their healthcare needs to assist them in choosing the most suitable Medicare product.
+ Follow up with current members to address inquiries and review existing or new products and services.
+ Utilize various computer systems to document member information while maintaining active engagement and listening skills.
+ Assist in completing enrollment applications over the phone, ensuring compliance with product requirements and enrollment protocols.
+ Achieve performance, attendance, and customer experience goals set for the position.
Compensation + Benefits
+ $21 per hour (paid weekly).
+ Bonus structure discussed during training.
+ All costs related to licensing and certifications are covered.
+ $200 bonus for passing the licensing exam on the first attempt.
+ $300 bonus for completing the first week of production.
+ $1000 bonus for successfully completing the program and transitioning to the client.
+ Entry-level position with opportunities for rapid career advancement and increased earning potential.
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in sales.
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ Ability to work scheduled shifts, with flexibility for overtime and weekend work as necessary.
+ After initial training, ability to work onsite twice weekly and attend local events/training.
+ Proficiency with computers and Windows PC applications, including the capacity to learn new and complex software systems.
+ Flexibility to adapt communication styles to accommodate various caller personalities.
+ Capability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses.
