About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Consultant to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the new home purchase process from initial customer contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their home buying needs and preferences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Real Estate License required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in homebuilding or real estate sales preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use sales tracking tools.
