Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years in IAM technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams and driving performance improvements.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft IAM technologies, including IGA, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
  • Proficient in Entra ID, Active Directory, and related security solutions.
  • Experience in implementing IAM solutions in complex environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks impacting IAM.
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
