Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a safe and efficient working environment through effective training and team engagement
  • Oversee and manage team members to achieve safety, quality, and delivery objectives
  • Ensure readiness of equipment and materials for production while promptly resolving any arising issues
  • Coordinate work activities to guarantee uninterrupted production operations
  • Plan, allocate, and supervise tasks to accomplish production targets
  • Ensure precise documentation and completion of equipment changeovers
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
