Description

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for delivering care to both adult and pediatric patients, including neonates, children, and adolescents. Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, the PCT performs essential patient care tasks in a clinical environment. The PCT is expected to carry out assigned duties promptly, efficiently, and safely.

Position Requirements

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with the ability to read, write, and understand medical terminology.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses:
  • BLS certification is mandatory before the first clinical shift (must be issued by the American Heart Association).
