About the Role

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading provider of dialysis services, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and support. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support during dialysis treatments, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for patients.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver prescribed treatments and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct vital sign checks and record patient data, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Set up and break down dialysis equipment, ensuring proper function and maintenance.
  • Insert and remove patient access needles, following strict infection control protocols.
  • Monitor patients during treatment, documenting changes and reporting concerns to charge nurses.
  • Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight, ensuring accurate and effective treatment.
  • Organize workload and prioritize patient care, maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor.
  • Maintain inventory and perform laboratory work, as required.
