Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to join our team as the Managing Director. As the Managing Director, you will oversee the operation and profitability of our resort, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for your Division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a top-notch property and shape memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships and work closely with property team members, corporate leaders, and owners to drive revenue growth and ensure operational excellence.
  • Promote positive guest relations and ensure the highest level of service, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Direct, recruit, and develop hotel leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the profitability and revenue of the resort through effective financial management and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate in-depth and detailed projects and/or renovations of the property to maintain its high standards.
  • Develop and mentor the General Manager to ensure their success in leading the resort's operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 Years experience as a General Manager in full-service and lifestyle hotels is highly desirable.
  • Strong business communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and corporate leaders.
  • Ability to manage and lead each department independently within a diverse workforce.
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plans to drive business growth.
  • Ability to organize and manage various projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Time Management skills to balance multiple responsibilities and meet business objectives.
  • Negotiation Abilities to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and corporate leaders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members, ensuring excellent guest service.
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently.
