Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Intellect Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About the Role:
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in commercial, healthcare, education, or retail ground-up projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-end projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining project schedules and budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of different building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
