We are in search of a proactive Project Coordinator to assist our Operations Team. This position encompasses a variety of essential responsibilities vital for the successful execution of Gunner's construction initiatives, including client interaction, processing construction and solar permits, and collaborating with the Project Management team, subcontractors, and clients. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Gunner's solar and construction initiatives
  • Manage interconnection applications with utility providers
  • Handle construction and solar permitting; submit and track applications
  • Collaborate effectively with Gunner's Operations team
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM for project management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Experience in managing construction projects
  • Prior experience in solar projects is advantageous
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Open to feedback with excellent communication and listening abilities
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Technologically adept with a capacity to learn new systems quickly
