We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Operations Manager to oversee project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing schedules, financials, and communication among all parties involved to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

With over three decades of experience, they specialize in both Residential and Commercial developments, including new constructions and renovations. Key Responsibilities

Construction Operations Manager - Stamford, CT

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Lead and mentor assigned team members to maximize their performance and career growth.
  • Assist in the creation, review, and negotiation of project documentation, including meeting minutes, Owner Change Orders, and requests for information.
  • Establish, communicate, and implement the project timeline effectively.
  • Analyze reports to monitor compliance with the project budget.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of project specifics.
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control initiatives.
  • Provide guidance in risk assessment, contract discussions, and pricing strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and motivated mindset.
  • Interest in estimating change orders and payment applications, though not required to bid projects from the ground up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Aspirations to advance as a Construction Operations Manager.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
