Key Responsibilities:- Report directly to the General Manager.

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring talent development and retention.
- Manage daily operations, optimizing staff schedules to reduce labor costs and increase sales.
- Guarantee a consistent and high level of service for all guests.
- Implement pricing strategies, merchandising, and promotions to boost efficiency and sales.
- Prepare weekly reports and collaborate with management to plan activities and meet objectives.
- Estimate and procure food and beverage supplies, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Assist with payroll and scheduling for team members.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate specials and offerings.
- Engage with guests and staff during operations to ensure quality service.
- Address guest complaints and follow up with unsatisfied patrons.
- Support the coordination and management of Banquets and Special Events.
- Maintain adherence to policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Assist with various administrative duties including financial documentation and operational evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
