Job Description

Maverc Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Agile Methodologies Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Master at Maverc, you will play a crucial role in supporting national efforts to combat chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document requirements and specifications, and review documentation from other teams and vendors.
  • Analyze and synthesize requirements for feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and drive engineering efforts to meet tight deadlines.
  • Support agile development processes, utilizing iterative development methodologies to align requirements and solutions effectively.
  • Facilitate cross-organizational collaboration within the Department of Defense (DoD) and CDAO teams, ensuring efficient communication and project execution.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in agile methodologies, driving process improvements and solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of experience, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage proactively with CDAO members and DoD colleagues across multiple teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week onsite at a CDAO location.
