Job Summary: The Grounds Guys is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and products.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
