Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact point and account owner for assigned key accounts, focusing on total sales revenue and booked margin growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and retain key accounts and opportunities for product cross-sell.
  • Drive customer coverage activities consistently and actively to increase likelihood of renewals, including follow-ups, answering questions, and offering guidance.
  • Engage estimators for support in quoting customer projects once qualified, and requirements are determined.
  • Facilitate seamless hand-off to customer service to execute orders.
  • Engage qualified field sales reps when opportunities for product cross-sell exist.
  • Re-engage customers during expansion and renewal.
  • Log and track customer interactions and sales in CRM.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred.
  • Results-oriented, ensuring we deliver on existing commitments while also working to continuously deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to all levels of an organization.
  • Customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills required.
