As a Direct Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your goal will be to develop an understanding of customers' business and solution requirements, gain share of spend across Dell Technologies' portfolio of technology solutions, and run territory and accounts with precision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Engage with decision-makers at client facilities to deliver primary duties
  • Provide sales leadership and experience on large, sophisticated opportunities
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills
What We Offer:

Dell Technologies is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $265,000 - $344,000, which includes base salary and commissions.
