Behavioral Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Liverpool, NY. As a key member of our Behavioral Care Team, you will play a crucial part in our vision to make healthcare better for everyone. We are a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live. Our holistic approach addresses the physical, mental, and social needs of our patients wherever they may be - helping patients access and navigate care anytime and anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for treating a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. This position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you will interact directly with patients, building rapport and coordinating care with internal and external providers. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting individual, family, or group therapy sessions, developing and coordinating clinical treatment programs, conducting psychological assessments, and involving patients and their families in treatment planning as appropriate. You will also lead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $88,000 to $173,200, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to your competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) contribution, equity stock purchase, and incentive and recognition programs.
