Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our team at The Salvation Army - Empire State Division Headquarters. As a vital member of our support staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality care and services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with our program staff, families, and community partners to ensure the seamless delivery of services and support.
About the Role:
- Coordinate the transportation needs of foster children, ensuring timely and safe arrival at destinations.
- Work closely with program staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for each client.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including progress notes and activity logs.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a valid New York State driver's license is also necessary.
- One year of experience in a related field, such as childcare or social services, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
