Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Water Engineer to join our Resilience Water Team in Southern California.
The successful candidate will lead and manage regional project delivery and pursuits within the municipal water/wastewater market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage municipal water and wastewater projects, including project planning, design, and construction.
- Develop project scopes and fee estimates, and manage risk and project staff.
- Lead project teams to meet project deliverables, and manage budgets and delivery schedules.
- Work directly with clients to determine needs and provide solutions.
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplined engineering teams.
- Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and quality and safety standards.
- 10 years of progressively responsible leadership in the Water and Wastewater field.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Current PE License in California, or ability to obtain PE in California in 6 months.
- Current PE License in CA.
- Masters degree in Engineering.
- Experience working on design projects with construction contractors utilizing alternative project delivery methods.
- Functional experience with MS Office applications including Microsoft Project.
