About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Quality Officer to join our team at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and administering the activities of the agency in support of our policies, goals, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and administer the activities of the agency in support of our policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Evaluate and ensure continuous compliance by the agency as it relates to regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in policy and procedure development and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with agency objectives.
  • Oversee audits and inspections from regulatory bodies and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Hold a key leadership position in support of the agency's mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree and five years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
  • At least three years managing a quality and compliance program.
  • Knowledge of regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Ability to effectively use good judgment and professional knowledge in complex situations.
  • Ability to translate complicated standards, conditions, and data.
