About the Role

The Chief Nursing Officer is a key member of the Universal Hospital Services Leadership Team, responsible for integrating and coordinating a patient-centric nursing strategy. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare, consistent with the company's mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision over Nursing Services, ensuring effective utilization of the nursing process to provide quality patient care.
  • Establish Standards of Practice and provide effective fiscal management.
  • Provide administrative and clinical management for the Employee Health and Infection Control Practitioner in coordination with the Director of Human Resources.
