**Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Hospital Operations**

Select Medical is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our 50-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital. As a key member of our senior management team, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring superior quality care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement hospital-wide strategies to improve patient outcomes, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve short- and long-term goals, budgets, and fiscal monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with Inpatient Rehabilitation Division standards, federal and state regulatory agencies, and Select Medical's policies and procedures.
  • Lead a collaborative management approach, coordinating interdisciplinary programs and cost-effective operations to meet patient care needs.
  • Participate in administrative team meetings and ensure the delivery of innovative, technologically advanced services and treatments.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospital operations, contract negotiations, revenue enhancement, and expense control.
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, business, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of success in a dynamic and competitive healthcare market.
  • Strong commitment to authentic leadership, outstanding customer service, and continuing program development.
  • Ability to build a superior culture through attracting, developing, and retaining hardworking employees.
