  • Membership Engagement: Drive initiatives to attract and retain members, ensuring that MACCE remains a vital resource for businesses in the area.
  • Public Representation: Act as the primary spokesperson for MACCE, representing the organization at community events and public forums.
  • Financial Oversight: Work closely with the Finance Committee to develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute events that align with MACCE’s strategic goals, enhancing the professional development and networking opportunities for members.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Board Relations: Provide regular updates to the Board on organizational performance, financial status, and membership growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of executive experience in a similar non-profit or business organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to organizational needs efficiently.
  • Experience in financial management and knowledge of non-profit sector practices.
