  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and utilize data to drive decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to use sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
  • Experience with non-profit marketing and websites preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools preferred.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred.
Work Environment

This position will be a hybrid of office/telework with the position based out of the Washington, DC office location and regular telework schedule based on organizational policy, need, and manager discretion.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with animals, in particular dogs, in the office and at events.

Occasional weekend or evening work hours may be required.
