Qualifications:

  • Prior management or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Ability to provide an extraordinary experience for both guests and team members.
  • Lead the establishment with a commitment to food safety that surpasses company standards in quality and cleanliness.
  • Acknowledge team members for their outstanding contributions during each shift.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to your team and ensure they meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage opening, mid, or closing routines for your shift, setting up the next team for success.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the role, including various movements and lifting up to 55 pounds.
  • Availability during nights, weekends, and holidays is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
