About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at the Omni Interlocken Resort. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and food quality to ensure efficient operations and profitability
  • Collaborate with the Director of Hotel Outlets and F&B leaders to support the hotel's culinary vision and goals
  • Ensure compliance with Omni Food and Beverage standards, company policies, and procedures
  • Contribute to the profitability of the restaurant through cost control effectiveness and sales promotions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous Restaurant Manager experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Understanding of financial statements and labor productivity
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations
  • Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant, positive personality
  • Well-organized and efficient, with knowledge of Micros preferred
