Public Affairs Officer Role

As a Public Affairs Officer, you will serve as a key advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on public affairs decisions and media training to ensure clear and compelling communication. You will work closely with domestic and foreign media to keep the public and Army members informed and confident in new policies, initiatives, and developments. Your role will also involve creating and executing communication plans that set the narrative for the Army.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 4-year college degree in communications or public affairs/relations
  • Must be interviewed within 7 days of being contacted
