Your Impact:

  • Ensure the operational excellence of our Cost Avoidance (CAV) product by developing innovative, tailored technologies and solutions.
  • Manage the success of multiple client accounts by monitoring key performance indicators, resolving delivery challenges, and pinpointing opportunities for process improvement.
  • Actively engage in product development initiatives that drive the evolution of our Cost Avoidance solutions.
  • Serve as the product authority for clients, delivering insightful, data-driven responses to inquiries and employing a consultative approach to enhance value.
  • Assist in both short-term and long-term client performance forecasting and projections.
  • Provide training and guidance on process methodologies and the implications of recommended changes.

What We Seek:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Client Operations or Product Management, with a preference for 3 years in Medicaid and Medicare environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply logic to resolve work-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project, and Access.
  • A modern understanding of budget management and project oversight tools.
  • Capability to translate overarching program goals into clear, actionable project milestones.
  • Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • A creative problem-solver who excels in navigating ambiguity.

Expectations in This Role:

  • This is a remote position with limited travel opportunities.
  • Video conferencing will be required for interviews and initial orientation.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on various factors including geographic location, internal equity, and individual qualifications.
