Job Title: Client Executive

About the Role:

The Client Executive is a key member of our team, responsible for managing and growing our business relationships with a portfolio of clients. As the primary contact for senior-level decision makers and influencers, you will leverage our solutions to maximize client growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client experience and relationship to ensure customer loyalty and increased revenues.
  • Coordinate internal efforts to resolve client concerns and answer questions in a timely manner.
  • Review client configuration and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Meet with clients regularly to discuss strategic initiatives and brainstorm ways to achieve their goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client product experiences and execute ideas through internal processes.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients and follow escalations processes to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Communicate roadblocks to leadership that may hinder client satisfaction or success.
  • Educate clients on defi product features and facilitate configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Monitor and analyze client dashboard metrics and data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in lending, financial services, and/or SaaS companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Enthusiastic and creative team member with the ability to inspire others.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible during times of change.
  • Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company.

Travel Required: Up to 10% travel.
