Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Electronic Systems Specialist to join our team at Amcor Flexibles, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our plant's electronic systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide maintenance support for electronic systems, including work orders, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of equipment and tool resources to minimize waste, downtime, and unit cost.
  • Communicate with team members and other plant personnel to execute electronic maintenance programs.
  • Provide coverage for plant operations during production periods, including regular and overtime requirements.

Requirements:

  • AS degree in Industrial Maintenance and Electronic Controls or equivalent education with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Minimum of eight years' experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in a gravure printing facility.
  • Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatic equipment, including repairs and replacement of gauges, valves, and pressure regulators.

Physical Demands:

The ability to lift up to 75 lbs. is required. This position may require prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, and/or reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching with hands and arms, hearing, and speaking.
