Maintenance Technician

Labor Finders is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all building facilities, machinery, and equipment. This includes completing service tickets and other routine requests, as well as assisting management with maintaining materials and supplies.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and communicating with contractors, vendors, and residents, as well as scheduling and conducting routine preventative maintenance.
Additionally, the Maintenance Technician will oversee turnover and renovation work, and ensure that all work is done according to safety procedures, regulations, and building standards.
The ideal candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs. This position may require outdoor exposure for long periods of time, and the candidate must be willing to work a rotating on-call schedule.
The successful candidate must also be HVAC and EPA certified.
