Key Responsibilities:
- Complete preventive maintenance on motors, conveyor systems, and production machines by following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer instructions, and engineering specifications.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions to keep our equipment running efficiently.
- Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance functions.
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock levels, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipts.
- Conserve maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to achieve job results.
- Provide mechanical and electrical maintenance information by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
- Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose 3-phase, up to 480V electrical or mechanical malfunctions using standard electronic test equipment and referencing technical drawings/documents.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
