Position Overview:

As a key member of the iPull-uPull Auto Parts team, the Automotive Acquisition Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless vehicle purchasing process. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while managing essential documentation related to vehicle acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

  • Authenticate ownership documents to ensure they align with the VINs of vehicles received, adhering to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate with customers and towing vendors to schedule vehicle pick-up appointments.
  • Facilitate the purchase of all vehicles delivered to the facility, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Accurately input received vehicles into the data management system on a daily basis.
  • Process payments for vehicle acquisitions and towing services while overseeing the daily financial summary.
  • Organize and maintain essential documentation and files as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications via phone and fax efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in general computer skills, including data entry and email communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers and vendors.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including potential overtime.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Previous experience with auto purchase or DMV documentation is advantageous but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16, with opportunities for overtime. Employees will receive comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, life insurance at no cost, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.

Work Environment:
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions during necessary tasks in the yard.
  • Regular physical activity, including sitting, standing, bending, and walking, to fulfill customer service and vehicle receiving responsibilities.
