Position Overview:
As a key member of the iPull-uPull Auto Parts team, the Automotive Procurement Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring seamless vehicle transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while managing vehicle purchases and related documentation. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Confirming that ownership documentation aligns with the vehicle's VIN and adheres to all applicable laws.
- Coordinating with customers and towing services to schedule vehicle pick-ups efficiently.
- Facilitating the acquisition of vehicles in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
- Inputting vehicle data into the management system upon delivery.
- Processing payments for vehicles and towing services while overseeing daily financial summaries.
- Maintaining organized records and files as required.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and faxes.
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in data entry and email communication.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for customer engagement.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including potential overtime.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Previous experience with auto purchase or DMV documentation is advantageous but not essential.
Hourly wage of $16, with opportunities for overtime. Comprehensive benefits package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, life insurance at no cost, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
Work Environment:
- Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions when performing yard duties.
- Regular physical activity, including sitting, standing, bending, and walking, to fulfill customer service and vehicle receiving tasks.
