  • Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless execution of food service.

Requirements

  • Experience as a head chef or sous chef in a Japanese restaurant.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, including willingness to work varied shifts and schedules.
