Assist in the routine maintenance of all plant machinery to achieve optimal performance and extend the lifespan of all fixed assets.

Complete necessary documentation and reports.

Transport seed to various Heritage Cooperative branch locations.

Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor in all interactions throughout the workday.

Accurately and promptly fulfill customer orders.

Ensure that equipment and facilities are kept in a tidy, safe, and environmentally responsible condition.

Operate seed treatment and bulk handling facilities.

Safely manage receiving systems and equipment to unload products and receive deliveries.

Sort and organize seed within the warehouse.

Adhere to all safety protocols to guarantee the well-being of oneself, colleagues, and customers.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Ability to safely operate bulk seed handling machinery, forklifts, tractors, and treatment application equipment.

Possession of a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Class B CDL and DOT Medical Certificate required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Class A CDL.

(N) Tanker Endorsement.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in agronomy.

WORK AUTHORIZATION

Proof of work authorization upon employment is required in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Completion of USCIS form I-9 will be necessary to verify employment eligibility within three business days of the first day of employment.
