Assist in the preventive maintenance of all plant machinery to maximize efficiency and ensure the durability of all fixed assets.

Complete necessary documentation and reports.

Transport seed to various Heritage Cooperative branch locations.

Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor in all interactions throughout the workday.

Accurately and promptly fulfill customer orders.

Keep equipment and facilities in a tidy, safe, and environmentally sound condition.

Operate seed treatment and bulk facilities.

Safely run receiving systems and equipment to unload products and manage truck deliveries.

Sort and organize seed within the warehouse.

Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure the well-being of oneself, colleagues, and customers.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Ability to safely operate bulk seed handling equipment, including forklifts, tractors, and treatment application machinery.

Possession of a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Class B CDL certification.

DOT Medical Certificate.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Class A CDL certification.

(N) Tanker Endorsement.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in agronomy.
