KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine maintenance on all plant machinery to maximize efficiency and ensure the durability of all fixed assets.

Complete necessary documentation and reports.

Transport seed to various Heritage Cooperative branch locations.

Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor throughout all interactions during the workday.

Accurately and promptly fulfill customer orders.

Keep equipment and facilities organized, clean, safe, and environmentally responsible.

Operate seed treatment and bulk handling facilities.

Safely manage receiving systems and equipment to unload products and receive deliveries.

Sort and organize seed within the warehouse.

Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself, colleagues, and customers.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.

Ability to safely operate bulk seed handling equipment, including forklifts and tractors.

Possession of a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Class B CDL certification.

DOT Medical Certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Class A CDL certification.

(N) Tanker Endorsement.

High School Diploma or equivalent education.

Prior experience in agronomy.
