Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff, contributing to and ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and enjoyable environment.
Maintain a tidy, well-stocked, organized, and inviting office space for both employees and clients. This includes ensuring work areas are not only comfortable but also orderly and professional.
Oversee the ordering, tracking, and management of snacks and supplies with meticulous attention to detail; collaborate with both local and remote managers to keep expenses and inventory within budget.
Handle incoming mail and shipments efficiently.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including welcoming and communicating with candidates.
Demonstrate the ability to remain composed, deliver consistently exceptional customer service, and effectively resolve issues in challenging circumstances.
Manage the flow of individuals entering and exiting the facility, while directing appointments to their designated representatives.
Serve as a culture ambassador by upholding company values, staying engaged, and going the extra mile with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
Reliable and punctual.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Professional demeanor.
