Lennar Mortgage is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer Associate to join our team. As a Loan Officer Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Loan Officers while developing skills and knowledge to become a Loan Officer in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in formal training programs provided by the company to develop lending skills and knowledge.
  • Assist Loan Officers with mortgage applications, loan processing, and customer communication.
  • Support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan origination and closing processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, and other industry partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely communication with borrowers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BA or BS preferred.
  • Mortgage or banking experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
