Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative - Inbound to join our Sales & Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through inbound lead sources, outbound intent signals, lists, and targeted marketing activities.
  • Develop and execute prospecting strategies and research tactics to lead initial outreach and ongoing nurturing activities with prospects.
  • Identify the needs and challenges of prospective customers to ascertain a good fit for our products and services.
  • Schedule discovery meetings between prospective customers and sales representatives, with appropriate handover.
  • Partner closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure timely funnel and pipeline flow.
  • Engage in two-way feedback with both Sales & Marketing teams to improve lead quality and opportunity conversion rates.
  • Help identify additional opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels to accelerate sales and funnel velocity.

  • Ability to persuade using compelling engagement and tenacity.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures.
  • Interest in our industry, our prospective customers, and technology.

  • Ability to work hard, run fast, roll with change, and have fun doing it.
  • You don't like taking no for an answer.
